KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: June 15, 2021 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to approve a Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and The Ferguson Group. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The proposed Professional Services Agreement between <br />Kittitas County and The Ferguson Group is for Strategic <br />Assessment of Opportunities; Grants Strategy; Grant <br />Guide; Regional Coalition Building; Project Advocacy. <br />The last agreement expired on April 30 2021, and therefore <br />it needs to be updated. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor and Lisa Young, HR <br />Director/Risk Manager has reviewed the proposed <br />agreement as well as the insurance documents and have <br />approved the draft Agreement.
