51-1 <br />-1to <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHANGE IN HOURS OPERATION FOR THE <br />RYEGRASS LANDFILL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2021. C O OI <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have by Kittitas County Code Section <br />2.20.010 set the operational hours for County offices; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ryegrass landfill is currently operating Tuesday through Friday from <br />8AM until4PM; and <br />WHEREAS, the Solid Waste Director has recommended that the operational hours be <br />changed to Monday through Friday from 8AM until4PM; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners agrees with the recommendation; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Kittitas County, Washington authorizes the Solid Waste Director to change <br />the operating hours of the Ryegrass landfill to be Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM. <br />ADOPTED this F day of Y\ftAlLF 202r. <br />U <br />BOARD OF'COUNTY MMISSIONERS <br />KITTIT <br />Commissioner <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />.rfl Clerk Board- Julie Kjorsvik Douglas R.
