KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: May 4, 2021 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge an Amendment to an Inter-Agency <br />Agreement between Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and Washington Traffic Safety <br />Commission. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The documents being presented are to amend and/or clarify the budget for <br />funds awarded for the 2021 Traffic Safety High Visibility Enforcement Patrols (reference <br />Resolution 2020-179). The Target Zero Manager for Region 12 which covers Chelan, Douglas, <br />Okanogan, and Kittitas Counties has submitted to us how our award has been divided, with the <br />caveat that funds may be reallocated between agencies if any agency cannot spend their <br />allotment. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: This interagency agreement was reviewed and approved by the <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge an Amendment to an Inter-Agency <br />Agreement between Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and Washington Traffic Safety <br />Commission. <br /> <br />HANDLING: No Handling. <br /> <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff
