Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br /> <br /> <br />“Building Partnerships – Building Communities” <br /> <br />BOCC AGENDA SESSION <br />STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />BOCC AGENDA SESSION DATE: May 4, 2021 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the Pass Life Division 3 <br />Phase 3 Plat (LPF-21-00001 & SE-11-00008) <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Pass Life Preliminary Plat was originally approved on October 23, 1990 <br />through Resolution No. 90-20 (LP-88-00004). An updated SEPA review was <br />performed in 2011 under file number SE-11-00008 for the Division 3 development. <br />The proposal has been reviewed for consistency with this SEPA determination. <br />This proposal is for sixteen (16) lots on one parcel #957885. The subject property <br />is currently zoned Planned Unit Development and is located within the Snoqualmie <br />Pass LAMIRD in a portion of Section 4, T22N, R11E, WM, in Kittitas County. <br />Assessor’s Map Number: 22-11-04055-0105. <br /> <br /> A final plat application was submitted by Trevor Kostanich, agent for Pass Life <br />Origins LLC, on February 17, 2021 requesting final mylar approval for the Pass <br />Life Div. 3 Ph. 3. Due to necessary changes, the final mylars were returned and <br />then resubmitted on April 15, 2021. Staff has reviewed the final mylar with <br />supporting documentation and finds that it is consistent with the preliminary <br />approval documents. Additionally, final plat review has been processed in <br />conformance with Kittitas County Code Title 16. The mylar has been reviewed by <br />all reviewing departments, and all signatures have been obtained. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, <br />Public Health, and Assessor’s Office <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Pass Life Div. 3 <br />Ph. 3 Plat (LPF-21-00001 & SE-11-00008) <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer <br />signature and recording <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Final mylar for the Pass Life Div. 3 Ph. 3 Plat (LPF-21-00001 & SE-11-00008) <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Jeremy Johnston, Community Development Services Planning Official
