<br />04/06/2021 MINUTES 1 <br /> <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />AGENDA SESSION <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />TUESDAY 2:00 P.M. APRIL 6, 2021 <br /> <br />Board members present via WebEx: Commissioner Cory Wright. <br />Excused: Chairman Brett Wachsmith and Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others via WebEx: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Mark Cook, <br />Public Works Director; Neil Caulkins, Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor. <br /> <br />Kittitas County is currently in Phase 3 of the “Healthy Washington – <br />Roadmap to Recovery” and in person participation is allowed however, we <br />are currently unable to meet the regulations required Per Governor <br />Inslee’s Proclamation 20-28 et seq. the public was encouraged to join <br />the meeting by joining a WebEx event online. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright called the meeting to order.
