KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: April 6, 2021 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a call for RFP for the Lease/Redevelopment of <br />the Bowling Alley/Festival Hall Structure and Property. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Board of County Commissioners in 2015 purchased the Bowling <br />Alley property as part of the Master plan for the Event Center. <br /> <br /> At this time, we would like to issue a request for proposal for <br />Lease/redevelopment of the Bowling Alley/Festival Hall structure and <br />properties located on the Kittitas Valley Event Center. <br /> <br /> This will assist the county in moving forward with the development of <br />the property. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed the Request for Proposals. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the request to publish the request for proposals. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Clerk of the Board to publish. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Public Notice <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Patti Johnson, Director Solid Waste/Maintenance <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
