MARCH 29, 2021 <br /> <br />Board members present: Commissioner Cory Wright and Vice-Chairman <br />Laura Osiadacz. Excused: Chairman Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant; Chris <br />Horner, Deputy Prosecutor; and Clay Myers, Sheriff. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Vice-Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending March 26, 2021. The Board discussed the Letter from TUUSSO <br />Energy Re: Columbia Solar Project and the timeline to appoint a <br />citizen from Kittitas County. They determined that they would have <br />Dan Carlson, CDS Director bring it forward at a CDS Study Session, <br />for further discussion. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT HOUSING AUTHORITY OF KC COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve the reappointment of John <br />Littel to the Kittitas County Housing Authority Board for a 5 year <br />term effective immediately and expiring on April 6, 2026. Vice- <br />Chairman Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT WATER CONSERVANCY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve the reappointment of Mark <br />Crowley to the Kittitas County Water Conservancy Board for a 6 year
