  <br />2019-12-18 MINUTES 1  <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />FINANCE STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM, 205 WEST 5TH ROOM 108 - ELLENSBURG <br />Special Meeting <br /> <br />WEDNESDAY 9:00 AM December 18, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith, and <br />Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Jerry Pettit, County Auditor; Amy Cziske, County Treasurer; Heather Seibert, Deputy <br />Treasurer and Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Manager. <br />Commissioner Wright called the special meeting to order at 9:00 am for the monthly finance <br />meeting. <br />BUDGET REPORTS <br />Judy Pless presented to the Board the reports for November 2019 expenditures and revenues with <br />online reports from OpenGov. Included in the 2019 budget was a $1 million line item from fund <br />balance to transfer to the New Courthouse fund. Board agreed was to not transfer the funds. <br />Also presented was a report for expenses paid from the Facility Maintenance budget for the <br />Event Center.
