Excused: Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant and <br />Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Project Manager/Interim <br />Maintenance Director. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending February 26, 2021. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT FAIR BOARD - CELIGOY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to appoint Eric Celigoy to the Kittitas <br />County Fair Board, for a three-year term effective immediately & <br />ending on 12/31/2023. Chairman Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 2- <br />0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION COURTHOUSE COMMITTEE OUTREACH COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Project Manager/Interim <br />Maintenance Director stated that they only got one response from the <br />RFP that was done seeking someone to do Courthouse <br />Committee/Community Outreach. She stated that by reviewing the <br />proposal from DLR it looks like they are well qualified to do the
