KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: February 16, 2021 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of <br />an Interlocal Agreement Between the City of Roslyn, Washington and the County of <br />Kittitas, Washington for the Housing of Inmates. <br />BACKGROUND: This Interlocal Agreement is between the City of Roslyn and Kittitas <br />County for the Housing of inmates from January 1, 2021 -December 31, 2021. The daily <br />rate is to be $66.50/day and billed according to the terms of The Agreement. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office has reviewed and approved <br />this Interlocal Agreement. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an <br />Interlocal Agreement Between the City of Roslyn, Washington and the County of <br />Kittitas, Washington for the Housing of Inmates. <br />HANDLING: Please return one fully executed original to KCSO, which we will <br />provide to the City for its records. <br />LEAD STAFF: Superintendent Steve Panattoni <br />
