1t27t2021 newspaper-text (1 ).html <br />Public Notice <br />Kittitas County, Ellensburg WA <br />Purpose of the RFP: To solicit proposals from private, nonprofit, or public organizations interested in leasing, leasing-to- <br />own, or purchasing for the development or redevelopment of the Bowling Alley properties located on the Kittitas Valley <br />Event Center (KVEC) grounds adjacent to Central Washington University (CWU). The resulting development and operation <br />of a business on the Bowling Alley properties must provide for a Festival Hall or meeting and party room function on the <br />property during the annual Kittitas County Fair and Ellensburg Rodeo event and for occasional off-season events during the <br />year. Kittitas County will evaluate and select the most beneficial proposal to implement the KVEC Master Plan for the <br />property.
