KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: February 2, 2021 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution forming Bowling Alley RFP review <br />Committee. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Board of County Commissioners in 2015 purchased the Bowling <br />Alley property as part of a the Master plan for the Event Center. The <br />county is currently issued a request for proposals to move forward <br />with improvements to the property that will fit with in the guidance of <br />the Master plan. <br /> <br /> This resolution is to setup a committee to review the submitted <br />proposal and make a recommendation to the Board of County <br />Commissioners. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed the proposed Resolution. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve a Resolution forming the Bowling Alley review committee. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Original – Clerk of the Board <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution forming the Bowling Alley review committee. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Patti Johnson, Director Solid Waste/Maintenance <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
