KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: February 2, 2021 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge the Equitable Sharing Agreement <br />and Certification Form for FY2020. <br />BACKGROUND: In 2007 the Sheriff's Office signed an agreement with the U.S. <br />Department of Justice to be a part of the Federal Equitable Sharing Program. In addition <br />to this program an Annual Certification report needs to be completed and submitted to the <br />U.S. Department of Justice. <br />INTERACTION: This interagency agreement was reviewed and approved by the <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge the Equitable Sharing Agreement <br />and Certification Form for FY2020. <br />HANDLING: No handling. <br />LEAD STAFF: Command staff <br />
