1/25/21 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />WEBEX <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 10:00 A.M. JANUARY 25, 2021 <br /> <br />Board members present via Webex: Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz and <br />Commissioner Cory Wright. Excused: Chairman Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others via Webex: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Clay <br />Myers, Sheriff; Greg Zempel, Prosecutor; Stephanie Hartung, DPA III; <br />and Neil Calkins, Chief Civil Deputy; Tristen Lamb, Public Health <br />Administrator. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 10:01 a.m. Vice-Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would <br />recess into Executive Session for 30 minutes to discuss with legal <br />counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing <br />the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, <br />the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, <br />or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:31 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There <br />was no action taken. <br /> <br />At 10:31 a.m. Vice-Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would <br />recess back into Executive Session for 5 minutes to discuss with <br />legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing <br />the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, <br />the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, <br />or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:36 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. Staff <br />was directed to prepare a letter for the Board to sign to Governor <br />Inslee regarding the County’s efforts on vaccine distribution. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned 10:36 a.m. <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPUTY CLERK OF THE BOARD II KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br />
