JANUARY 25, 2021 <br /> <br />Board members present: Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz & Commissioner <br />Cory Wright. Excused- Chairman Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and Judy Pless, Budget & Finance <br />Manager. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending January 22, 2021. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION SH5211/HB1189 COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz stated that Bill Clarke had sent the Board a <br />Tax Increment Financing Coalition document that he thought they’d be <br />interested in joining the effort. She questioned if the Board was <br />interested. Staff shared that Chairman Wachsmith was still reviewing <br />the proposal. Commissioner Wright stated that he was in support of <br />it. Commissioner Osiadacz stated she was as well and would notify <br />Mr. Clarke. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION TOWN HALL MEETINGS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright stated that he would like the Board to consider <br />entertaining the Town Hall meetings that they discussed last year. <br />He said it’s crucial right now that they get information out and <br />engage with the constituents.
