BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AUTHORIZED SIGNATORNIES FOR PURPOSES OF <br />WASHINGTON HAZARD MITIGATION GRANT PROGRAM APPLICATION AND <br />GRANT <br />RESOLUTION No. 2021 - OO7 <br />WHEREAS: The Washington Military Department, Emergency Management Division is the <br />authorized entity for the processing ofstate and federal assistance funds pursuant <br />to Section 404 of P.L. 93-288 as described on the attached document; and <br />WHEREAS: Among the requirements of the program in question is the designation of the <br />authorized signatory and alternate; and <br />WHEREAS: compliance with the requirements of the program has the potential to provide <br />substantial assistance to Kittitas County's vital infrastructure projects; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the attached Form will be completed <br />in such a manner as to designate Patti Johnson as the "Applicant Agent" and the Chair of <br />the Board of County Commissioners by title as the Alternate, and that the Form and <br />Resolution will thereafter be provided forthwith to the Washington Military Department, <br />Emergency Management Division. <br />ADOPTED ttris @aay of January ,2021 <br />BOARD OF CO COMMISSIONERS <br />CO GTON <br />Commissioner <br />Tr <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />pderk Board- Julie Kjorsvik D.
