Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />January 5th, 2021 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement <br />Amendment between Kittitas County and Hopesource. (Effective date: 10/15/2020 – End Date: <br />10/15/2021 with option to extend if needed. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The PSA between Kittitas County and Hopesource made to allow Kittitas County the exclusive <br />use of three units at 801 6th Ave in Ellensburg, WA for housing of individuals and/or families <br />under isolation or quarantine orders due to COVID-19. Units will be occupied solely by referral <br />from the County for the period of 12 months after the notification of Service Activation. This <br />amendment updates Exhibit D Schedule of Costs in the PSA to specific values associated with <br />damages that may be incurred during use as isolation units. The County will be responsible for <br />reimbursement of damages (outside of normal wear and tear). <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved December 15, 2020 <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved December 17, 2020 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement <br />Amendment between Kittitas County and Hopesource.
