12/01/2020 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING <br /> MONDAY 2:00 P.M. DECEMBER 1, 2020 <br />Board members present via WebEx: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice- <br />Chairman Laura Osiadacz; and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy Buchholz, Deputy <br />Clerk of the Board II; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; <br />Benjamin West, Director of Airport Operations; and Ken Grannan, <br />Airport Coordinator. <br /> <br />This meeting was provided to the public via WebEx and they were <br />previously notified on the Agenda as to where they could access and <br />provide public comments. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING T-HANGAR #2 - AIRPORT AIRPORT <br />At 2:00 p.m. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH opened a Public Hearing to consider <br />a Lease of T-Hangar #2 at the Kittitas County Airport. <br /> BENJAMIN WEST, DIRECTOR OF AIRPORT OPERATIONS reviewed a Staff <br />Report and said Brad Niebuhr was assigned a Lease for T-Hangar #2 at <br />a Public Hearing held on November 3, 2020. The proposed Lease <br />included changes of formatting, rent increase from $125.00 to <br />$150.00 and a requirement for a deposit of one month’s rent. He <br />indicated the Prosecutor’s office had reviewed and approved the <br />Lease. <br /> LEASE T-HANGAR #2 – AIRPORT AIRPORT COMMISSIONER OSIADACZ moved to approve a T-Hangar Lease Agreement <br />between the Kittitas County Regional Airport – Bowers Field and Brad <br />Niebuhr. COMMISSIONER WRIGHT seconded.
