KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: November 3, 2020 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution to Restore the Fifty (50) <br />miles per hour speed limit on Bullfrog Road - MP 0.72 to <br />MP 2.70. <br />BACKGROUND: Responding to failing pavement on Bullfrog Road in <br />January 2020, the Board reduced the posted speed limit <br />from fifty (50) miles per hour to thirty-five (35) miles per <br />hour. Public Works recently completed necessary <br />pavement repairs and the road may now be returned to the <br />fifty (50) miles per hour speed limit (MP 0.72 to MP 2.70). <br />INTERACTION: Public Works. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution to restore Bullfrog Road MP 0.72 <br />to MP 2.70 to fifty (50) miles per hour speed limit. <br />HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works. <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution. <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark R.
