KITTITAS COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONER’S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: October 20, 2020 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Set a Public Hearing for 11/3/2020 to amending Kittitas <br />County Code Chapter 2.04.010. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Board has hired an Airport Operations Director and as with all <br />Departments/Directors they have a Study Session with the Board. <br />This request will allow us to formally add the Meeting to County <br />Code. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Staff met with Airport Staff and let them know I would be bringing <br />forward a request to set a Public Hearing to Amend Code to add <br />their Study Session to KCC 2.04.010. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Set a Public Hearing for November 3, 2020 to consider <br />amending KCC 2.04.010. <br /> <br />HANDLING: 1 - Clerk of the Board <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Legal Notice <br /> <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II <br /> <br /> <br />
