(via WebEx) <br /> <br />Others Via WebEx: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy <br />Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk <br />of the Board I and one member of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendars. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved the County Vouchers and <br />PAF’s. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Correspondence Log for the week ending October 9, 2020 was <br />presented. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board determined for the week of October 12, 2020 they would <br />post on their Facebook page, that Representative Schrier was in town <br />last Friday and if she shared anything the Board would also share it <br />relating to the work Commissioner Osiadacz has been doing with the <br />Fire Adapted Communities; The Fire Marshals coloring contest winners <br />would be shared once they’ve been determined and they would leave <br />the 3rd post open for anything that may come up this week. <br />OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES <br /> <br />There were general updates on meetings the Board participated in, <br />individually over the past week. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright updated the Board on the work he has been doing <br />for CARES Funding for the Schools and the options he is learning
