Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />October 20, 2020 <br /> <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the resolution to approve the contract <br />amendment to the professional services agreement between Kittitas County Public Health and <br />Kittitas County Health Network. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The contract between Kittitas County Health Network and Kittitas County Public Health <br />(KCPHD) is established to allow KCPHD to provide services for Kittitas County Opioid Use <br />Disorder Prevention, Treatment and Recovery project. <br />-The Contract is amended as follows: Under “Recitals” section C, #1 Project Scope of <br />Work is changed. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved on 09/28/2020 <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved on 10/01/2020 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the resolution to approve the contract <br />amendment to the professional services agreement between Kittitas County Public Health and <br />Kittitas County Health Network. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br /> <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Lianne Bradshaw
