I am currently renewing the General Terms and <br />Conditions Agreement that governs the Agreements you hold with DCYF (such as County <br />Consolidated Agreements with Juvenile Rehabilitation, Client Services to DCYF clients on <br />behalf of Child Welfare, Jail Service Agreements with Juvenile Rehabilitation etc:..). <br />The General Terms and Conditions have not changed or been updated. These are the same terms <br />that you have signed previously with DCYF and with the Department of Social and Health <br />Services (DSHS) when our Department was under DSHS prior to the merger. Enclosed are two <br />copies of the General Terms and Conditions Agreement for signature.
