Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />September 15, 2020 <br /> <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the resolution to approve the contract <br />amendment to the professional services agreement between Kittitas County Public Health and <br />Walla Walla County Department of Community Health. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The agreement is entered into by and between Walla Walla County Department of Community <br />Health for services relative to the Youth Marijuana Prevention and Education Program. <br />Amendment 2 adds $12,500.00 and extends the contract end date to June 30, 2021. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved on 8/28/2020 <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved on 8/31/2020 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the resolution to approve the contract <br />amendment to the professional services agreement between Kittitas County Public Health and <br />Walla Walla County Department of Community Health. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br /> <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Chelsey Loeffers
