Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br />Agenda Staff Report <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />August 4, 2020 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and FISH Community Food Bank for Out of Home Services. (Effective <br />date: 07/01/2020 – End Date: 30 days notice by KCPHD or Emergency Operations Center) <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The PSA between Kittitas County and FISH Community Food Bank to provide grocery and/or <br />prepared meal delivery to individuals under isolation or quarantine order at temporary housing, <br />for a total of two weeks per household, unless extended by order of the Emergency Operations <br />Center (EOC) or Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD). <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved July 14, 2020 <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved July 17, 2020 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and FISH Community Food Bank for Out of Home services.
