Kittitas County <br />Public Health Office <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />5/19/2020 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator on the <br />Consolidated Contract Amendment 13. (Effective date: 01/01/2018-12/31/2020) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Consolidated Contract is the vehicle used by the Washington State Department of Health to channel <br />state authorized funding for programs and services to the Kittitas County Public Health Department. The <br />amendment amends the following: <br />Amends Statements of Work for the following programs: <br />Division of Emergency Preparedness & Response – COVID-19 – Effective January 20, 2020 <br />Exhibit B-13 Allocations, attached and incorporated by this reference, amends and replaces Exhibit B-12 <br />Allocations as follows: <br />Increase of $150,000.00 for a revised maximum consideration of $783,015.00 <br /> <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on April 30, 2020. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on May 3, 2020. <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator on the <br />Consolidated Contract Amendment 10.
