SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br />At 4:02 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened an Emergency Special Meeting and <br />announced the Board would be recessing into an Executive Session for 45 <br />minutes with Dr. Mark Larson, Public Health Official; Tristen Lamb, <br />Public Health Director Via Webex: Greg Zempel, Prosecutor; Stephanie <br />Hartung, Deputy Prosecutor; Christopher Horner, Deputy Prosecutor and <br />Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor, to consider matters affecting national <br />security. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 4:47 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No action <br />was taken. <br /> <br />At 4:47 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess back <br />into Executive Session for 30 minutes to consider matters affecting <br />national security. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 5:17 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
