MAY 22, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz & Vice-Chair Obie <br />O’Brien. Excused: Commissioner Paul Jewell. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Kasey <br />Knutson, Health Promotion Supervisor/DD Coordinator; Robin Read, <br />Public Health Administrator; Terry Archer, Yakima Specialties, Inc.; <br />Tom Gaulke, Chief Executive Officer EnTrust; Ariana Rhodes, EnTrust; <br />Dayna Stuart, EnTrust. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING DD UPDATE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 1:32 p.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting with County <br />Staff to receive the County DD quarterly update. <br /> <br />The Board received a presentation from Entrust, where they presented <br />an outline of the services they provide and any changes to their <br />program since their last update to the Board. <br /> <br />Kasey Knutson, Health Promotion Supervisor/DD Coordinator gave <br />updates on the Community Summit scheduled in Wenatchee on June 12- <br />14, 2018. She said the County received a single stipend to send <br />individuals; Pivotal is slated to provide a presentation at the <br />“High School and Beyond Educational Fair” that is slated for <br />5/24/2018; KCPHD sent out an RFQ for providers for day services and <br />employment programs; 6/30 funds deadline has been addressed, funds <br />will be spent on the Community Summit stipends, on a contract with <br />WISE to provide job development and marketing training to providers, <br />along with paid media to advertise the event on May 24, 2018; DDA <br />will change upcoming contract language. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 2:05 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPUTY CLERK OF THE BOARD KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz Laura Osiadacz, Chairman <br />
