MARCH 20, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Vice-Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Commissioner <br />Laura Osiadacz. Via phone: Chairman Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EMERGENCY - FLAG LOWERING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 4:20 p.m. Chairman Wright opened an Emergency Special Meeting. <br />He asked the Board to consider putting out a Press Release asking <br />that all County Government Buildings lower their flags to half-mast <br />in honor of fallen Deputy Ryan Thompson and injured Officer Benito <br />Chavez. <br /> <br />PRESS RELEASE FLAG LOWERING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wachsmith moved to authorize Staff to publish a Press <br />Release directing flags at half-staff on Wednesday March 20, 2019 in <br />memory of and to honor fallen Deputy Ryan Thompson and injured <br />Officer Benito Chavez, until further notice. Commissioner Osiadacz <br />seconded.
