DECEMBER 17, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz & Commissioner Cory <br />Wright. Excused: Vice-Chairman Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Lisa Young, HR <br />Director/Interim Event Center Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD HUMAN RESOURCES <br /> <br />Lisa Young, HR Director/Interim Event Center Director presented the <br />Board with a Mutual of Omaha New Customer Verification Guide for the <br />Chair’s signature. She stated that she is still waiting to have a <br />few questions answered and explained those. She asked that the BoCC <br />consider Chair signature upon the response’s from Mutual of Omaha. <br /> <br />FORMS MUTUAL OF OMAHA HUMAN RESOURCES <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to authorize Chair signature on the Mutual <br />of Omaha New Customer Verification Guide, upon receipt of a <br />satisfactory response received by the County from Mutual of Omaha. <br />Chairman Osiadacz seconded.
