SEPTEMBER 24, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie <br />O’Brien & Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Tristen Lamb, <br />EH Supervisor; Mark Larson, Public Health Official and Stephanie <br />Hartung, Deputy Prosecutor. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Tristen Lamb, Environmental Health Manager provided an update on the <br />Health Order they issued on a piece of property in Upper County. <br /> <br />Stephanie Hartung, Deputy Prosecutor reviewed the legal process that <br />they have gone through and are working with the sister of the home <br />owner that the Health Order was issued on. <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to authorize a Notice of Violation and <br />Abatement and to authorize appropriate steps, noting the cost is <br />approximately $8,000.00. Commissioner Wright 2nd.
