SEPTEMBER 13, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Vice-Chairman Obie O’Brien & Commissioner <br />Cory Wright. Absent: Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Chris Horner, <br />Deputy Prosecutor. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 4:01 p.m. Vice-Chairman O’Brien opened a Special Meeting and <br />announced the Board would recess into Executive Session for 10 <br />minutes to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with <br />legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential <br />litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member <br />acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, <br />when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result <br />in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. <br />Potential action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 4:11 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. <br />Direction was given to Staff to see Amicus from WSAC. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 4:11 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPUTY CLERK OF THE BOARD KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz Obie O’Brien, Vice-Chairman
