SEPTEMBER 7, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz, Chairman; Vice- <br />Chairman Obie O’Brien & Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Amy <br />Cziske, Fiscal Tech. II; Brett Wachsmith, Treasurer. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING DISCUSSION INVESTMENT POOL TREASURER <br /> <br />At 2:05 p.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting to meet <br />with the County Treasurer and discuss a Resolution Authorizing <br />the Treasurer’s Investment Pool and Creation of an Investment <br />Operations and Maintenance Fund. <br /> <br />Brett Wachsmith, Treasurer reviewed the proposed Resolution and <br />answered questions, relating to investment policies. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2018-144 RESOLUTION INVESTMENT POOL TREASURER <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve Resolution No. 2018-144, <br />Authorizing the Treasurer’s Investment Pool and Creation of an <br />Investment Operations and Maintenance Fund as presented. <br />Commissioner Wright seconded. The Board all thanked Treasurer <br />Wachsmith for the work done and the efforts made to answer their <br />questions as well as taking the time to make sure other impacted <br />offices concerns were addressed.
