APRIL 2, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie <br />O’Brien & Commissioner Paul Jewell. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson, <br />Solid Waste/Maintenance Director/Project Manager & Tim Egan, <br />Assistant Maintenance Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director presented the Board with a <br />proposal from McKinstry for the second floor of the Jail HVAC, which <br />would authorize them to move forward with Phase 2 per the proposal. <br /> <br />The Board authorized Ms. Johnson to move forward with Phase 2 of the <br />Proposal as presented.
