2018-02-26 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS’ MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS’ CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br /> <br />MONDAY 11:00 AM FEBRUARY 26, 2018 <br />Board members present: Vice-Chair Obie O'Brien, and Commissioner Paul <br />Jewell <br /> <br />Board members absent: Chair Laura Osiadacz <br /> <br />Others: IT Director Jim Goeben, Prosecuting Attorney Greg Zempel, <br />Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Doug Mitchell, Julie Kjorsvik, Mandy <br />Buchholz <br /> <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY <br />Meeting called to order at 11:00 AM <br /> <br />COUNTY BRANDING <br />The board asked to get input from the Management Team. <br /> <br />RECREATION TRAILS APP <br />The board rescinded their January 30, 2017 request of IT to create a <br />recreational trails access app. <br /> <br />PUBLIC DISCLOSURE POLICY <br />There was no discussion on this topic. <br /> <br />DIGITAL READER BOARD <br />The board accepted the app developed by IT for displaying agendas in <br />the courthouse and authorized proceeding with the project. <br /> <br />EMAIL ORGANIZATION PLANS <br />The board confirmed they want to see email organization plans from <br />departments and offices by the end of March. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />Mr. Goeben updated the board: <br /> There was discussion about options for leadership of Records <br />Management Committee and who should develop the necessary <br />expertise throughout the county. Discussion will continue in a <br />special public meeting to be scheduled.
