NOVEMBER 6, 2017 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Commissioner Obie <br />O’Brien & Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Lisa Lawrence, <br />Solid Waste Assistant Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Lisa Lawrence, SW Assistant Director presented the Board with 2 <br />originals of a resubmittal of the State Waste Water Discharge Permit <br />Application. She stated DOE returned the previous one due to a typo <br />and this is correcting the typo. <br /> <br />APPLICATION STATE WASTE WATER DISCHARGE SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to authorize Chair signature on the <br />resubmittal of the State Waste discharge Permit to Discharge <br />Industrial Wastewater to Ground Water by Land Treatment of <br />Application. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded.
