OCTOBER 16, 2017 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Commissioner Obie <br />O’Brien & Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Jerry Pettit, <br />Auditor; Lisa Young, HR Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD HUMAN RESOURCES <br /> <br />Lisa Young, HR Director presented the Board with a Memorandum of <br />Understanding between Kittitas County and AFSCME Local 792-CH for <br />Reclassification of Auditor’s Office Staff as well as a Professional <br />Services Agreement with Rite-Aid for Flu Shot Clinics. <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING HUMAN RESOURCES <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to authorize Board signature on a MOU <br />between Kittitas County and AFSCME Local 792-CH for Reclassification <br />of Auditor’s Office Staff. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Chairman <br />Jewell thanked Mr. Pettit for all the work he did to bring a <br />complete package to the Board for consideration. Mr. Pettit thanked <br />HR Director Young for all of her work in getting this through the <br />process. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT HUMAN RESOURCES <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve and authorize Chair signature <br />on a Vaccine Administration Program Agreement between Kittitas <br />County and Rite Aid to bring in a Flu Shot Clinics for County <br />employees. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded.
