SEPTEMBER 19, 2017 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz; and Commissioner Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Judy Pless, Budget <br />& Finance Manager; Stephanie Hartung, Deputy Prosecutor; and 2 members <br />of the public. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Jewell called the meeting to order. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Chairman Jewell led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES – NONE <br /> <br />PROCLAMATIONS – NONE <br /> <br />AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS - NONE <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien requested to move Consent Item I to Board, <br />Discussion & Decision, as he has a conflict of interest and would need <br />to recuse himself from any action on that item. <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve the Agenda, as amended. <br />Commissioner O’Brien seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Chairman Jewell noted Consent Item I had been moved to Board, Discussion <br />& Decision, becoming item A. <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as amended. <br />Commissioner O’Brien seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
