SEPTEMBER 11, 2017 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Commissioner Obie <br />O’Brien & Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Sue <br />Higginbotham, Administrative Assistant III. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD AUDITOR <br /> <br />Sue Higginbotham, Administrative Assistant III requested on behalf <br />of Jerry Pettit, County Auditor to waive the fee at the Event Center <br />should they have to relocate their DOL User Group meeting. She <br />stated that they were originally set to use what is now the EOC. She <br />stated they are hopeful that things will have settled down by then <br />but in-case they do need to relocate, they are requesting a waiver <br />to the cost associated with using the Event Center should the EOC <br />still be operational on 9/26/2017. She stated that they talked to <br />Staff at the Event Center and the Manastash Room is an option for <br />them to use. <br /> <br />The Board approved the request “if” the EOC is still in operation <br />and it prohibits the DOL User Group meeting for taking place in the <br />original planned facility. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:10 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPUTY CLERK OF THE BOARD KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz Paul Jewell, Chairman <br />
