06/07/2017 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS AUDITORIUM <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br /> <br />WEDNESDAY 11:30 A.M. JUNE 07, 2017 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor; Mark Cook, Public Works <br />Director; Dan Carlson, CDS Director; and Debbie Myers, Board Clerk. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 11:38 a.m. Chairman Jewell opened a Special Meeting and announced <br />the Board would recess into Executive Session for 30 minutes to <br />discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating <br />to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which <br />the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official <br />capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge <br />regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or <br />financial consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 12:08 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action taken. <br /> <br />At 12:08 p.m. Chairman Jewell announced that he had a previous <br />appointment and had to leave , but the Board would recess back into <br />Executive Session for 15 minutes to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement <br />actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the <br />governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is <br />likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 12:23 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
