COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />HR STUDY SESSION <br /> <br />TUESDAY 10:00 AM APRIL 12, 2016 <br />Board members present: Obie O’Brien, Paul Jewell <br />Others: Lisa Young, Patti Johnson <br />1) Call to Order – 10:02 AM <br /> <br />2) Staffing Discussion and/or Requests <br /> Maintenance Tech/Specialist – SW/MA Director Johnson notified the <br />Board that she and HR had completed the job description for the <br />jail maintenance position and asked for approval to post. The <br />Board approved. <br /> SW Operator – SW/MA Director Johnson asked for approval to post <br />for SW Operator. The Board approved. <br /> KVEC Seasonal Staff – pulled from the agenda. <br /> <br />3) Other Business – Commissioner Jewell shared his ideas for the Wage <br />Survey, including how the wage survey would be applied and the <br />proposed implementation timeline.
