DECEMBER 19, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul <br />Jewell & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board & Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman O’Brien opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending December 16, 2016. <br /> <br />SIGNATURE LETTER OF SUPPORT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve and authorize Board signature <br />on a letter of support to HopeSource on behalf of the County Public <br />Health Department for the Rural Health Network Grant Application <br />they are submitting to HopeSource. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. <br />Motion carried 2-0 (O’Brien abstained). <br /> <br />SIGNATURE ASPECT CONSULTING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to authorize his signature on A Contract <br />Change No.: 5 with Aspect Consulting for the Kittitas County <br />Groundwater Mitigation Permit Support in the amount of $9,500.00. <br />Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />SIGNATURE LEASE AGREEMENT-SHADY BROOK COMMISSIONERS <br />
