SEPTEMBER 20, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul <br />Jewell and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Marsha Weyand, Assessor; <br />Anna Lael, Kittitas County Conservation District; and Christopher <br />Horner, Deputy Prosecutor. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING CONSERVATION DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Following the Agenda Session, at 11:28 a.m. CHAIRMAN O’BRIEN opened <br />a continued Public Hearing to consider the Kittitas County <br />Conservations Districts proposed system of rates and charges. He <br />noted the record was closed. <br /> <br />ANNA LAEL, KITTITAS COUNTY CONSERVATION DISTRICT DIRECTOR provided <br />an update and stated Deputy Prosecutor Horner had prepared a draft <br />Resolution and Interlocal Agreement for the Board’s consideration. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2016-116 CONSERVATION DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER JEWELL moved to approve Resolution No. 2016-116, <br />Approving Revenues to the Kittitas County Conservation District by <br />Fixing Rates and Charges and Authorizing an Interlocal Agreement <br />with the Kittitas County Conservation District. COMMISSIONER <br />OSIADACZ seconded.
