AUGUST 2, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman <br />Paul Jewell and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Judy Pless, <br />Budget & Finance Director. <br />SPECIAL MEETING BUDGET RETREAT LETTER COMMISSIONERS <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman O’Brien opened a Special Meeting to <br />discuss with the Board and Judy Pless, Budget and Finance <br />Manager an outline of the Budget Retreat letter and Agenda. <br /> <br />There was a copy of last year’s letter that went out to <br />Management Team prior to the Budget Retreat provided. Chairman <br />O’Brien provided a DRAFT 2017 Budget Retreat letter for <br />consideration and there was roundtable discussion on proposed <br />changes that needed to be made prior to this year’s letter being <br />sent out. Chairman O’Brien was tasked with making the changes as <br />discussed and getting the letter out. <br /> <br />There was roundtable discussion on a DRAFT Agenda.
