2016-08-01 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONER’S CONFERENCE ROOM <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 4:00 P.M. AUGUST 1, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul <br />Jewell. Excused: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Mark Cook, <br />Public Works Director and Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 4:06 p.m. Chairman O’Brien opened a Special Meeting and announced <br />the Board would recess into Executive Session for 30 minutes to <br />consider the minimum price at which real estate will be offered for <br />sale or lease when public knowledge regarding such consideration <br />would cause a likelihood of decreased price. However, final action <br />selling or leasing public property shall be taken in a meeting open <br />to the public. Action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 4:36 p.m. the Board recessed out of Executive Session. No action <br />was taken. <br /> <br />At 4:36 p.m. Chairman O’Brien announced the Board would recess back <br />into Executive Session for 15 minutes to consider the minimum price <br />at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when public <br />knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of <br />decreased price. However, final action selling or leasing public <br />property shall be taking in a meeting open to the public. There was <br />no action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 4:51 p.m. the Board recessed out of Executive Session.
