JUNE 22, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul <br />Jewell; Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mike Flory, Plans <br />Examiner/Interim Building Official; Robin Read, Public Health <br />Administrator; Andrew Drain, Application Development Manager; Jason <br />Eklund, GIS Coordinator; Doc Hansen, Planning Official/Interim <br />Planning Director; and Jeff from Paladin. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING SMARTGOV COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 11:00 a.m. Chairman O’Brien opened a special meeting to receive a <br />presentation from Paladin on their SMARTGov software system. <br /> <br />Jeff, a representative from Paladin reviewed their SMARTGov software <br />system. He explained that it is a cloud-based local government <br />solution and demonstrated how the program manages permitting, plan <br />review, inspection, parcel, fee, contractor, code enforcement, and <br />licensing needs. He indicated the program allows for the County to <br />operate according to their own rules.
