MAY 23, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul <br />Jewell & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board & Mickey Webb, <br />Event Center Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD EVENT CENTER <br /> <br />Mickey Webb, Event Center Director presented the Board with two <br />draft Resolutions for the Board to consider. He stated that one is <br />for the purchase from Cherrington Enterprises Inc., for a Model <br />440XL Beach Cleaner/Screener and the other to purchase a Kiser <br />Dragmaster. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2016-069 CHERRINGTON ENTERPRISES INC., EVENT CENTER <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve Resolution 2016-069, to <br />authorize a sole source purchase from Cherrington Enterprises Inc., <br />for a Cherrington Model 440 XL Beach Clearner/Screener. Commissioner <br />Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2016-070 ABSOLUTE INNOVATIONS, INC. EVENT CENTER <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve to Resolution 2016-070, to <br />authorize a sole source purchase from Absolute Innovations, Inc., <br />sole source of supply for all models of the Kiser Dragmaster arena <br />grooming tools. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />Mr. Webb reviewed with the Board the results of the bids for the <br />1600 gallon water wagon. He requested that the Board proceed with <br />Snodgress Equipment Company for a 1635 gallon water trailer pump in <br />the amount of $13,946.04 with tax. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to accept the Bid from Snodgress Equipment <br />Company for the purchase of a 1635 gallon water trailer pump in the <br />amount of $13,964.04 with tax. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. <br />Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:50 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
