APRIL 4, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien & Vice-Chairman <br />Paul Jewell. (Commissioner Dist. #2 Vacant). <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board and Mickey <br />Webb, Event Center Director. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING SIGNATURE ON ELLENSBURG RODEO REPORT KVEC <br /> <br />At 3:00 p.m. Chairman O’Brien opened a Special Meeting to <br />consider signature on the Ellensburg Rodeo Arena Seating Report <br />(Project #2016-03-02086). <br /> <br />Mickey Webb, KVEC Director provided a copy of the report for the <br />BoCC to review & discuss. <br /> <br />SIGNATURE ERA SEATING REPORT EVENT CENTER <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to authorize Chair signature on a <br />letter to Russell Holter with the Department of Archaeology & <br />Historic Preservation (DAHP) regarding the request tocComment on <br />(Project No.:2016-03-02086), for the Historic Property Survey <br />Report for the Ellensburg Rodeo Arena Seating. Chairman O’Brien <br />seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell asked that a meeting be set with the <br />Architect to present the Report to the Ellensburg Rodeo Board <br />(ERB) and the Commissioners.
