He outlined communication styles that had been determined as well <br />as what their plans/goals are moving forward. <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz reviewed a PowerPoint on the current Legislative impacts as well as new <br />laws that will have financial impacts to the County. <br /> <br />There was roundtable for Departments to discuss the Legislative impacts they are preparing for <br />in 2020. <br /> <br />Judy Pless shared how to use OpenGov as well as tax reform changes that are coming. <br /> <br />Dan Carlson reviewed a PowerPoint on the Six Year Capital Improvement Plan Update process. <br /> <br />Lunch Break at 11:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. <br /> <br />Roundtable discussion on County Budget changes Departments are seeking Board support on <br />and vision of the County priorities for the Board as well as the strategy for 2020. <br /> <br />Other Business- <br /> <br />Lisa Young, HR Director gave an update on the Wage Survey and benefit impacts as well as what <br />the County’s Ins. Broker is advising for the upcoming year.
