SEPTEMBER 30, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith & Commissioner, Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Arden Thomas, <br />WRP Manager; Erin Moore, WRP Coordinator; Neil Caulkins, Deputy <br />Prosecutor; Mark Cook, Public Works Director/Interim County <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 2:02 p.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting and announced <br />the Board would recess into Executive Session for 15 minutes to <br />consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate <br />by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such <br />consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price. Possible <br />action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 2:17 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
